You will love it...it is so convenient to have in the comfort of your own home, your own schedule, your own time...<BR/><BR/>I will give you some advice that someone gave me years ago...when you are starting out on the jogging journey, even if you only have 15 minutes, try to get it in. We have 2 weeks (as Carrie l...Enjoy your treadmill. We have 2 weeks (as Carrie loves to remind me) until I have to wear the dreaded bathing suit. I have lost 10 lbs- stomach viruses are a blessing in disguise- since we planned our vacation!! I am trying to work out more...but it is hard over the holidays. My advice to you would be to steal treadmill time whenever you can, even if it 5 minutes of uphill walking...you will notice a big difference. Love ya!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
