Many times I see that if we want to be seen as spiritual people we only talk about the good. But we need to follow Paul's and King Solomon's (Ecclesiastes)example.

I love how Paul writes with authority. He encourages with boldness. So many times I hold my tounge because I feel that if I speak the words that are in my head I might be wrong, or I may be being proud, or that I am compeating for status with GOD and only HE can reveal the thought to the other person (that I have no right).

I don't speak for fear of not communicating my thoughts correctly, but they may not be my thoughts they are GOD'S and HE is asking me to be HIS messenger. I need to believe that if I die to self I will not be speaking it will be the HOLY SPIRIT.

Thanks for continuing with Colossians.Kelliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16815632957037344015noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17200810.post-1150940023909105332006-06-21T18:33:00.000-07:002006-06-21T18:33:00.000-07:00giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you...giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light

Great words Amanda.

We're saints, and we're sharing. The pain, the struggles, the joy, the blessings.

May we always walk encouraging each other.Sarahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06775415133661532827noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17200810.post-1150919225091631552006-06-21T12:47:00.000-07:002006-06-21T12:47:00.000-07:00I'm so busy crying today that it was hard to pull ...I'm so busy crying today that it was hard to pull out something...I pray because I want relief, then I pray because I want God's will, then I pray because I'm afraid I might know what God's will entails and I'm afraid of that path...

make sense? probably not. Just pray that somehow God drop a supernatural roadmap into our lives . I am trying to spend my day in Joy and praise and that is hard...

21 You yourselves are a case study of what he does. At one time you all had your backs turned to God, thinking rebellious thoughts of him, giving him trouble every chance you got. 22 But now, by giving himself completely at the Cross, actually dying for you, Christ brought you over to God's side and put your lives together, whole and holy in his presence. 23 You don't walk away from a gift like that! You stay grounded and steady in that bond of trust, constantly tuned in to the Message, careful not to be distracted or diverted. There is no other Message - just this one.V.https://www.blogger.com/profile/10547508639039465571noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-17200810.post-1150914934383938892006-06-21T11:35:00.000-07:002006-06-21T11:35:00.000-07:009For this cause we also, since the day we heard it...9For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

10That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

This is my prayer for myself and each of you. I think we are seeing some good fruit in the lives of those who are doing this study...keep reading.momteacherfriendhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14139385117623482343noreply@blogger.com
