Please let me explain to all of you

I have had a few emails today questioning the content in my last blog. Honestly, I had no motive behind the blog. In fact those that know me, know my heart and know that I would never use my blog as a platform for my own agenda. Instead it is solely used for God's agenda. I have written many things before only to delete them before sending them out because my spirit had a check. Those that walk closely with me KNOW my heart and know that I have been blessed in many different churches. My blog did not say anything bad about churches from my past. My last blog was written to express what God revealed to me and what God gave me to share with my readers. As I have been questioned today by several, I have realized that I must continue to speak the truth and speak the truth in love. I share what God gives ME.

Today, I have deleted comments from my blog. It's not out of anger and it's not because I don't have an open mind. Instead, God has given me a word and I shared it. If the comments are not flowing within the same vein that I am moving in, I must remove. If you have any questions about the point I am trying to get across, please email me. But one thing you can always KNOW about me is my heart is pure.

This blog is about MY life. I will not write about your life unless I have your permission. Many have written me so please don't think I am talking to you personally. I just feel that I need to share my heart. After all, this is my Blog and I want it to glorify God. I do not want it to become a forum for debates. Also, please don't jump to my side or comment with anything that would be offensive. No one has hurt me or been mean to me so I don't need defending. Please know that the last blog was not to defile any church. Please know that I believe EVERYONE needs Jesus. Rich, poor, black, white, we all need HIM! This last blog was simply me confessing my own struggle in life, materialism.

Babe, your blog just brings confirmation that it's so tempting to try to keep up with the Jones' and take your focus off God. NOW I feel that we are on the same page with each other and I know that God is first in our life. I love you Babe and keep being real.

Well, let me just say this, America has a problem with being to materialistic. We're never happy with what we have and we always want more. As Christians we need to be different. We need to be content with what God has given us and know we are blessed. We need to give more rather than worry about the next thing we're going to get. And more than anything we cannot judge those who have less than we do and always be willing to accept and love those who are less fortunte than we are. Our church has been blessed by the location we're in and we have been called to step out of our comfort zone and tell others we wouldn't normally see or talk to on a regular basis. Mandi, I know where you were coming from in this blog and I know God laid it on your heart to be "real" and express what you have learned. I couldn't have said it any better!! I love you to pieces my great and honest friend!!!

Amanda, I am not saying this is true in all situations but for me, when God uses someone to step on my toes or something offends me it is normally because I am guilty and that is why it is uncomfortable. It is kinda like that saying "the truth hurts some times". I feel the things you are dealing with God is purging you --- removing the things in your life which shouldn't be and I too need that so desperately! The closer I am to Him the harder it will be for satan to drag me down. Thru your blog others can examine the life of he or she reading it. Do not ever be afraid to speak what God gives you. And if He is giving it then it HAS to be said. It is your blog, your ministry and the only person you must answer to is our heavely father. Thank you, while others may be upset or say things hurtful to you I want to thank you and praise God for not only speaking thru you but that you have been obedient. Please pray for my dads church, they are in a neighborhood that is very dangerous. They have even tried once and thought of often selling and relocating becuase of things that have happend -- even to church memebers BUT after reading this blog it encouraged me that we are all in a battle for the Lord and he is our protection. Instead of being afraid we must win them to Christ. THIS was so awesome and I have to share with my dad! We as a church need to be out winning souls. Praise God!

Keep your authenticity! Keep speaking the truth! You are allowing God to change you from the inside out. How awesome is that?!?! If people are upset, then it means that conviction struck their soul. You keep doing what God tells you to...let Him deal with them.

I love you!

God give us that Church building for a reason and it wasn't to keep Him inside the walls. I Love who you have become. Continue to "wear" Christ and use it for His Glory.
I Love You
